We loved the convenient location of this hotel right on the main bus route into the city center. It made exploring the city easy, with plenty of bus stops close by offering lots of services into the city centre. The fact that it is close to Edinburgh city centre but not in the heart of it was a big plus for us, as it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a modern help yourself coffee machine. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel right at home.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, close to bus stops and not far from the city centre. Plus, there's a wonderful Chinese restaurant just down the road. The rooms are modern with cozy furnishings, and the small balcony is a nice touch for those who want to sit out and enjoy the view. The breakfast provided is excellent.

The guest house is conveniently located, close to the airport and Edinburgh city center, but not right in the heart of it. It is situated on the main bus route into the city center, making it easy to explore. There is also a great Chinese restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, and iron available. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious and there are various options to choose from.
Parking may be a challenge as there is limited space available.
